MHOD Vertical File

The library has numerous file cabinets with articles and documents that have been collected by volunteers over the decades.  Folders are organized alphabetically by topic in the main file; in addition there are specialized cabinets with biographies, historic buildings, and the arts.  The files contain a great variety of items from newspapers and magazines, official papers and personal writings, and ephemera from celebrations and events, dating from the nineteenth century to the present.
